Please never travel by Jet Airways to any International destination. I went to Singapore by Jet Airways :
1. The aircraft was worse than what we see on domestic sector like Lucknow New Delhi.
2. Flight started at 9 AM and landed after 5.30 hours. No lunch was served. Quality of food just so so.
3. It totally lacked an International look, service and care.
4. The worst is baggage allowance: You c
an carry only 20 Kg (as if you are traveling to any place in India). Even if it is 2-3 Kg more they charge not less than Rs. 2000 per Kg. (International airlines never bother for this much excess baggage but Jet People are like vultures, waiting to trap you.
5. They broke my very prestigious souvenir I got in Turkey and when I complained attaching a photos of the broken one they did not say even a single word of sorry.
I had a very bad experience and I don't want any one to suffer like me. Think thousand times before you opt Jet for travelling to International sector.
